Does one have to be done with the basic science requirements before applying to dental school or can you apply without completing them and say you plan on taking a certain science course say in the Fall? I am thinking about taking OChem III in fall instead of right now and take an extra bio class instead. Will that be ok?

Yes it is okay, just as long as you have fulfilled the required courses before entering dental school.
