Sorry if this has been posted (i did use the search function), but wondering if anyone has found BK's Bio section for metabolism (Glycolysis/Krebs) particularly helpful or harmful esp w all these extra cycles such as PPP...? Lots of pathways and molecules packed into this section, plus the passages are super hard. Thanks.

Probably not too much help if you memorize it but it doesn't hurt. If anything aim to understand what it is and get a general concept of why and how it happens.
