Look at the diagram... the electric force is going to "push" the opposite force and essentially "not touch" the "Like" force. .. the arrows are moving from right to left ...so the answer would be clockwise.... okay, imagine a scarecrow in the middle of a bull fighting pen. The bull - arrows... the scarecrow feet wearing red shoes - point of contact of for the bull. The bull runs into the feet pushing the scarecrow.. put the motion of the scarecrow in slow motion. Which way is the scarecrow moving ... its will move in the direction the bull is moving... headed by which ever way the bull made contact (the bottom.. the red shoes). Hope that analogy helped a little.
