but they are not going to start reviewing the applications until after the due date! so don't hold your breath just quite yet 🙂 when the berkeley lady came to our school, she told us interview invitations will be sent out around January. and the interview date is in February .

yikes, im dying just to turn in my app! did any of you actually make use of the entire character count for the personal statements? it's sooo long!

Originally my essays were only like 3000 characters each. Then after going to the writing centre at my school and being told my essays needed some work, they ended up being 4900 and 4500 characters long ....

And I was dying to turn in my application for three months but it was these essays that were holding me back!!! LoL. I just finished them because I needed to get them done before my final exams and the due date.

haha, one of my essays is around 5900. the other one is just over 6000... i gotta cut a bit off that one. but yea, i just figured if they give us that much space, they want to hear that much about us. i donno though 😛

so are they "rolling" in terms of giving precedence to those who applied first? Or is it fair game for everyone who got their stuff in on time?
