there are a number of site ... i have a blog. i have a couple other surgery and orthopaedic blogs linked.
currently i am working on a basic orthopaedic blog called orthopaedic surgery: back to basics. to go over the basics of orthopaedics like physical exam, dictating, coding, and surgical procedures. if you search a bit, you can find them. there aren't as many a some of the other specialties, like EM.
