First Aid for Step 2 CS is plenty. You don't really "need" it, but it is a good review and covers the logistics of the exam well.

You just need to be able to communicate effectively in English, be empathetic, write a coherent note and list 5 differentials and 5 investigations. It's really not so much a "clinical" skills test as a "communication" skills test.

Definitely First Aid for Step 2CS...also, if you're like me, I needed the practice cases to work on my time management skills. Writing a decent note in 10 minutes can be a problem if you're used to taking longer.

Just reiterating First Aid. 🙂 It's ALL you need. Look through the cases, but also take advantage of the section on "difficult questions" - I was asked questions during every encounter that came straight out of this book. They're completely common-sense questions, but there's apparently a "proper" way to answer them according to the NBME, so have a looksie.
