The problem there is it's not real neurology but a guy who somehow figured out what's on the boards and telling you to memorize everything from that set of knowledge.
Yes it's the most effective tool but it's not learning real neurology.
The problem with studying real neurology, though that is what should be done, is that what's tested on the board exam is very little compared to what you see in real-life or what is in the textbooks if you study those straight.
I'd recommend studying real neurology when you got the time as a life-long learner, but when you are studying for the board-exam, study the Kaufman notes.
