What's the best book for Pathology?

Also, for USMLE review, is 5Stars Goljan review of Pathology good?

Is "Pathophysiology for the Boards" (Appleton and Lange) good also?

The best path book that everyone uses is robbins. However it is huge and hard to get through. BRS Path is a must for the boards. I have never used any of the books you mentioned

I second that. Robbins (the big one) is the bible of pathology for med students and BRS is one of the must-haves for Step 1.

Someone had good stuff to say about A&L Pathophys for the Boards in the USMLE forum, but I've never used it.
