I'm doing a mixed echo (tte & tee) certification starting in october. Any suggestions on up to date material that's easy to read but packs in depth physio knowledge?
UT suggested A Practical Approach to Transesophageal Echocardiography by Perrino a while back.

Perrino and sidebotham are fine. I'd also check out the ''echo manual' by Jae K Oh which covers both modalities.
