The latest edition of "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: Basics and Beyond" (by Judith Beck, intro by Aaron Beck) came out last year. Haven't read it yet, but it seemed pretty worthwhile from the quick skims I've done.
I also like recommending "The CBT Toolbox" to my patients who can't afford or access therapy. Has plenty of worksheets and explains basic concepts pretty well, so it may be a good refresher/reference if you want a quick 5-minute review of various exercises.
