Hey Yall.
I am in KAPLAN and taking only a few classes at a time to stay fresh ( I work and volunteer also). What are the most helpful undergrad science classes for the MCAT?

Thanks,

I assume you mean after the required courses such as gen Bio I and II, organic, I and II and Physics I and II, etc.

I would highly suggest Physiology and cell biology.

It's not essential, but I found that taking introductory biochem was quite helpful on the MCAT.

i would definitely say physiology

Biochem will work wonders and serve you well in the biological sciences!!!

Introduction to propositional logic. That in conjunction with your basic premed courses will work miracles for you. The ability to reason will work wonders for you on most standardized tests that require convergent thinking. It will also work wonders for you in upper level liberal arts courses that require extensive analytical writing.
