I think my best feeling ever was when I realized that many of the major hurdles are over. In HS, it was college, in college, it was grad school, in grad school, it was dental school (2 years ago) and when I didn't get in, it was finding a job to supp. my application. Finally, it was the 2nd attempt to get into dental school... now that I have been accepted, though there are still more hurdles (academically), I can see the end... it's way far out there, it'll take a long time to get there, but I can see it!

Just 2.5 years ago, while waiting for my current research job to come through, I was selling Kirby vac. cleaners. So much can happen in 2.5 years!

yep, there is light at the end of the tunnel!!! 😀

congratulations!!

i am happy for u

man, i sure understand where you're coming from.

this is also my second time reapplying and it has been an emotional obstacle course since the day i decided i wanted to pursue dentistry.
for those people who are reapplying or will most likely be reapplying, promise yourselves now that you will not give up.

i really, truly wish all the reapplicants the best of luck. you will eventually get into dental school...and boy is it a great feeling!

Well, well, well. Congratulations on your acceptance. It's a great feeling to have worked very hard for and to have realized a goal.

the biggest thing for me is not having to apply again because i just think that had to be hell and i admire you for being able to do it but there would have been so much that i am glad that i dont have to do mainly not having to get new LORs
