I can't really speak as to the Loyola program but I was swayed away from the Northwestern and UIC programs. I've consistently heard from classmates and people who interviewed at Northwestern that they didn't like the program or the people there.
I don't know much about the UIC program except that my advisor told me not to apply there, that it's mid-lower tier. I know that's very authentic and official haha
I wish I could give you more concrete advice... maybe another SDNer will. That's just what I've heard!
