Best immunology book/resource?

In addition to 'How the Immune System Works', what do you think is the best immunology book?

Abbas' Basic Immunology? Lippincott's Immunology?

I liked How the Immune System Works a lot. But I honestly believe First Aid and lots of UWorld questions is best.
