What is the most enjoyable aspect of your job?

Tough question because there are many but the one that stands out most is the instant solving of someones vision problem and the smile on their face when they can "see" again. Their world is changed because they see things in detail now, not blurs. And it changes in the office many times. 😉

Personally like the look on kids faces with that first pair of glasses, teen getting CL's for the first time.

Professionally, like diagnosing pathology for the first time. Just when you think things are getting boring, you're the first one to detect a brain tumor or out-of-control diabetes.

Probably cashing my paycheck.

Having the patient pay cash, credit or debit cards Not having to argue with patients about their insurance. Or explain the difference between vision and medical insurance. Finally, not having to chase down their payment in bills and collections.
