I want to buy a history and physical exam book and I am trying to decide between Bate's, Swartz, or Mosby's books. Does anyone have any opinions about any of these books? I know that Bate's comes with a heart sounds CD, but I already have one of those, and you can get the demonstration videos free online. I haven't seen Swartz, but I hear it comes with a CD with demonstration videos on it. Anyway, let me know what you think I should get.

Swartz does come with a CD, but I am not a fan of the book, even though it's the recommended one.
I'm thinking of getting Mosby.

definitely mosby's. Although Bates's is more systems based and has nice pictures of pathology, I think the mosby one is more comprehensive, and kind of like the physical exam encyclopedia.
