Best source for Immuno? Kaplan or Lange?

I have the Kaplan videos/notes and also the Lange review book. I feel pretty week on inflamation, which of these sources do you recommend?

I am aiming for 250+

I think that both of them are very good, so you can't go wrong here (I'm planning to use Kaplan Lecture Notes). Keep in mind that there's no inflammation section in the Lange review book and it's only briefly mentioned in the Kaplan Lecture Notes. RR Pathology (or BRS Pathology like bbydoc has suggested) is a better choice for inflammation.
