I'm a second year studying for Step 1 and trying to find a good tutor to help me once a week or so. Does anyone have an individual or a service they would recommend?

Speed read First Aid (read it in a week). Then repeat that 2 more times. Then do as many questions as you possibly can while re-reading specific sections in first aid that you are doing poorly on.

Dude, look in NYC. You can probably find great programs.
I'm not sure of the guy who runs thinkMCAT does it but he's brilliant man who probably tutors for Step 2. Not completely sure though.
