Hi...I've just started preparing for the COMLEX Step 2 written and was wondering what the best resources were for completely reviewing the material on the exam? Thanks!

Hi there-
I recently talked with a friend who took the Level 2 exam last year. He suggested:
1) Swanson's Family Practice Review (this book has review information and a lot of practice questions that are useful for Level 2 even though it's geared more toward the Level 3 exam)
2) Prescription for the Boards (this is intended for USMLE Step 2 but works well for the Comlex as well)
3) Use the green or blue Savarese book and brush up on OMT. From what I heard there was a fair amount of cranial this past year.
