Best structured Step 2 CK study plan?

I'm about to take CK in 6 weeks and I'm not really sure how to go about reviewing everything. I typically work better with a structured study plan or review course. Can anyone recommend one that will not break the bank? Thanks.

What are do you feel you still need to work on? Might be better off finding something that gives you confidence in the areas where you aren't already in great shape. Maybe we can offer recommendations based on that.

Fair enough, I have not finished my IM rotation yet, so I need some guidance on a well laid out method for getting down the important topics in IM in 5-6 weeks.
