Does anyone know of the best study materials for Step 2 CS. Please list what you used and mention if you felt the material was effective in your preparation. Thanks!!!!

I used First Aid for the CS. Read through the instructions and do all of the cases in the book with a partner. Those cases are dead on - especially the peds stuff. I haven't gotten my score back but I feel really confident.
