Hi, I am looking for suggestion on best material which can be used to practice suturing, I am looking for syntethic but very durable and made for multipe use material which will eliminate the use of alternatives like suggested chicken legs or oranges as suggested by many people. Any suggestions?

I know a lot of people practice suturing with suture kits. This might be a better question for the Med student forum, though. We’re just lowly premeds hoping to suture one day.

I use something similar to this and it does the job for now...this kit and youtube are plenty to learn how to suture!
