Best way to find out how much others are making in my district?

I've been a PIC for CVS for several years and I'm always wondering if I'm being paid fairly compared to other PIC in the district? My store has been mostly in the top half of all the stores in the district overall and yet the past few years I've always been getting only 2-3% raise each year and I was told it was a good increase for EE (Exceed Expectation) performance rating....

Its not taboo to talk about salary with your peers once you're already an employee. Just ask.

2-3% is a pretty food increase.. Keep your head down and your mouth shut.

lol get outta here with that noise. there are still jobs to be had esp with experience. I am on my 2nd job in 6 months, kept my old job with PRN position. I have an interview lined up next week. I guess I'm over employed
