Best way to review NBMEs?

I'm having a hard time reviewing my nbme's. I've taken two thus far. Any advice on how to adequately review them to get the most out of them? currently I just actively go through incorrect questions and find it in FA and review it that way.

Any help would be appreciated

Apart from going through incorrects, I just used the breakdown of each system and subject to hit my weak areas.
