Best way to revise RR Goljan for 2nd run?

Hey guys,
Just wanna knw yr feeds on wats d best way to review RR Goljan while ur doin its 2nd run.

Do u go about reading cover to cover again or just skim through side margins/ tables /pics/diags/graphs?

Im almost done with RR first run n' feelin like I haven't retained much of the finer details, so I would like to optimize my 2nd run the best way I can.

Interested in this as well, I am thinking reading first 6 chapters fully, then read about every condition mentioned in FA in rapid review.

Hmm...chap 8 neoplasia and the other heme/lympho chapters are replete with easy-to-forget stuff..so I would think we'll have to check em out cover to cover as well....those side margins sometimes seem too concise or seem to miss something,that's why im wary bout relying on those for quick review.

I think some people highlight parts of the book that he specifically talks about. I'm probably going to go through just the highlights for the 2nd pass and then the margin notes for my 3rd pass.
