How did you Tackle it/planning on tackling it?

Self study?
Princeton Review Classroom course
Kaplan Classroom
PR Online
Kaplan Online

I'll chime in, I personally took the Kaplan online classroom class all summer and I honestly felt like it was a waste of time. The books are medicore with Physics and verbal being complete messes and the 3 hour sessions realistically were completely worthless. I can genuinely say that had I spent the time I spent doing the self-studying I did the last 2-3 weeks after the course I would likely have been significantly more prepared for the mcat.

In my opinion your best options are to, 1) get a decent set of books EK101, EKBio, Nova Physics or TBR Physics + Chemistry, 2) Subscribe to Chad video's ( His videos were a major help and communicated a lot of logical ways to remember physics and chemistry), and 3) give yourself at the very least 2 months to study.

I can't say anything however about Princeton review, but I have heard that their books are better.

I went with the Classroom course for Kaplan. Having an instructor there to cheer me on, advise me, and work through my problem areas was priceless.

I had a strong background in all of the sciences present on the MCAT, so the prep course just helped me solidify everything that I already had mastered at some point in the past/expose me to the bits of new material that had slipped my radar.
