I personally don't think weight loss supplements is healthy for you. Most of these drugs contains double or triple amount of dose of caffeine in it. Before you use it, please consult with your physician to see how safe can you react with these drugs. If you have a heart problem (or family history), i would suggest to stay away from these and it will drive your HR out like crazy specially if you are caffeine sensitive. Prolonged use could result to further damage in the future. I think Diet/exercise combo is the best way to lose weight. Life can be really busy and the "time" for dieting/exercising is very difficult to associate with your toxic schedule. But if you are determined to lose some pounds, make "time". Make a diet plan, usually there are lots of internet sources that you can download out there for free. These foods should be all natural and prepared. Sign up at a nearby gym and make sure you join at a membership that will fit on you budget because other gyms can be outrageously expensive. You can find a 10-20 dollars/month with all the necessary equipments you will need for your work out.And of course, make "time" for working out, you only need 45-90 minutes of workout 3-4 times a week. Day 1 - cardio - running, swimming, cycling any of these, Day 2 - strength workouts. Hiring a trainer can cost you but making gym buddies are free. Don't be too shy to ask and sometimes just look around a see how they work around the equipments. Just workout! Day 3 - repeat as day 1 cardio, Day 4 - repeat as day 2 strength. And the rest of the week is diet, diet, diet, diet, diet........diet! Try weighing yourself on e a week every sunday morning Before breakfast and keep tracking at. I guarantee you will see some changes at that will motivate you to keep up with it. Just make "time"!
Also a cup of coffee 30 mins before working out can give you an extra energy to push yourself. Just a cup!
