If humans CAN'T digest Beta linkages... how can human's digest lactose? Its a beta 1,4 galactosidic linkage?

Is it strictly beta glucose linkages that can't be digested?

Humans (and other mammals) possess an enzyme called lactase, which catalyzes that exact reaction.

AFAIK, it is only beta glucose that humans can't digest.
