Who are the "Big Names" in Derm right now. I mean those docs that when you say their name, everyone knows who you are talking about. Just curious.
 
just pick a derm disease, pub med it, and see who the leading authors are for the major skin conditions

Psoriasis

Pemphigus

etc...
