See my MDApps if you want an in depth look at my app.

My biggest changes from last cycle are applying early (filling out secondaries now) and applying to a well targeted list.

I have continued my activities and added leadership but that's about it. My GPA went from a 3.65 to a 3.69, which is something. I also added two strong LORs.

Will it be enough? I'm not sure if I should feel hopeful.

Looks pretty good. Which schools are you a re-applicant at?

BU, Georgetown, Jefferson, NYMC, penn state, upstate, UB, Tufts, umass, UVM and I forgot to add GW, which I'm also a reapplicant at. I tried to keep this number down

Looks good! I see a good number of schools you are competitive for where you aren't a re-app. Good luck and get those secondaries in early! 🙂

You guys think I should start a DO application with my stats/ app? Also, if you guys thing I'm all set for now, when should I send it in if I've heard nothing?

would you be OK with going to a DO school if you get rejected from all the MD schools? If so, send in your application asap. If not, don't send it in at all. Honestly, if I were you I might add a couple to be safe. You really don't want to have to be a re-applicant for a 3rd time and, while I think your application is strong, some schools might not like that it's very similar to your last cycle (even if you were rejected then for different reasons). At the end of the day, you did address what appears to be your biggest weakness (late application) and you did continue with your previous activities, which is at least as meaningful as adding a bunch of new short-term ones.
