Hi everyone, I wanted to know if bilateral blotchy brownnish pigmentation on sclera starting from the limbus is normal in someone of darker skin complexion. Also, is there any way it that Omega 3 supplements etc. can help someone like this? Thanks!

Do you mean limbal melanosis?
Pretty common in people with more overall pigment. If by “help” you mean make it go away, then no.
