Bilious vomiting with undigested food content in a 17yo diabetic?

I think this would be diabetic gastroparesis but I didn't think there would be bilious vomiting. Can someone confirm the type of vomitus?

Also is the pathogenesis related to autonomic dysfunction? (That was the correct answer to the question, which I got through elimination)
