Can anyone shed more light on how this new bill affects the responsibilities of a pharmacist? I'm a bit confused with this - what does "practicing as a health care provider" really mean? How does it change the daily life of a pharmacist?

I've heard pharmacists will get reimburse for their time counseling patients. But I am not sure though.
