Binocular vision with using SL and lens

Hi guys!
I realized sometimes I'd see double images on SL while trying to view the fundus with 90D.
It had been troubling me for quite some time and couldn't find any solution so far. I would really appreciate for any expert opinion to solve this problem

What kind of slit lamp do you use? Are you having the same problem with all slit lamps?

Maybe you don't have the oculars adjusted widely enough for your PD

yes it happens to the different models that i tried

i also tried to widen the PD, then the view in one of the eyes would be blocked (as i was "?converging too much")
