Can we say that genetic drift limit the genetic variation, while gene flow provide a genetic variation?

yeah you can... genetic drift reduces genetic variability, while gene flow increases genetic variability.

Gene flow can increase or decrease genetic variation as the flow can be into the population or out of it.

I've seen circumstances where gene flow can maintain variation as well. Just thought I would add.
