does it cover "animals" like DAT's ??

is kaplan mcat physics section too detailed? if so, which sections should i focus on?

When you say "animals" do you mean species? If so, I honestly dont remember animal species being asked, but I do remember plant species questions on there. Obviously you can't study all of them, but I would not the more common ones.
