Q: The first opening of the blastula forms a mouth. I have an open circulatory system, chitinous exoskeleton and malpighian tubules for excretion. What phylum do I belong to?
Arthropoda...👍

DING DING DING. Ok, your turn. GO

I am smart like humans with developed Nervous System and closed circulatory system.. Even though some folks from my family do have open circulatory system.. Who am I and name my phylum?? haha...
I am enjoying this..
hmmm....BRB *opens up cliff ap*
🤣hmmm....BRB *opens up cliff ap*
can we get a hint 😀
I have lots of tentacles (arms) for catching prey and I am large/huge in size...

acetylcholinesterase
You, sir, are correct. 👍acetylcholinesterase
Cerebellum!can't sleep, here's round 2
I am a part of the brain. I play an important role in motor control and eye-hand coordination. Also, I have a girly name.
Cerebellum!
LOL yup. Your move.
One of the ways I am created is by smelling or looking at delicious food. What am I?
Gastrin?

I am a portion of the muscle cell where calcium is released once an action potential is propagated onto a skeletal muscle. What am I?

sarcoplasmic reticulum 😀
Remember this one from Destroyer....
I am an organism born without a notochord. My brain is undeveloped like a cnidarian. I'm known as the organism that can't be fooled again. Who am I?

Bingo, that is correct.
Hair cells.
Describe osmoregulation in saltwater fish and freshwater fish.

water goes in, water goes out. lol actually I have no idea, care to explain?

A marine fish is hypoosmotic to seawater and loses water by osmosis and gains salt by diffusion. The fish balances the water loss by drinking large amounts of seawater; its gills and skin dispose of NaCl while its kidneys dispose of excess ions while excreting only small amounts of water (urine).
A freshwater fresh constantly gains water and loses salt because it is hyperosmotic to its surroundings. It balances the water gain by excreting large amounts of urine that is hypoosmotic to its body fluids. Salt lost by diffusion and in the urine are replenished by foods and by uptake across the gills; chloride cells in the gills actively transport Cl- in and Na follows.

Apparently Romano thinks this is really important because it shows up again and again in Destroyer.
I am a cell involved in the female ovarian cycle that assists the follicle in the maturation stage by producing sex hormones like testosterone that can eventually be converted into estrogen by the follicle cell. What cell am I?

That's a tough one, what is it?
I didn't want to start a new thread, so I'll just post here.
I just took the 2009 ADA Sample test's Bio section, and the questions were actually pretty detailed. Definitely way tougher than Kaplan's sample test.
Now I'm worried. 🙁 I feel a lot of it depends on your luck for the Bio section.

I think he repeats due to the ideal example that marine and fresh water fish provide in detailing the effects of hypo/iso/hyperosmolarity.

Its a Kupffer cell, it aids in helping the maturing follicle

Frogger yes it is very very random and you shouldn't rely solely on Kaplan but Campbells as well. But I think Bio can be random because they have a couple of different versions of tests:
1) Heavy on molecular cell bio (really easy in my book)
2) Heavy on genetics and genetic engineering (medium)
3) Heavy on taxonomy (hella hard - because people don't study for it because it takes the longest time to study for it)
If you don't have time (1-2 months solely for bio - which I think you need to have a solid foundation of bio) than just F it. Because the information that you gather from Cliffs Ap Bio and Kaplan is enough. The rest of the random you are going to be either lucky or you are going to come upon a topic that you covered as a Bio major in your undergrad classes. I feel like you can score really good bro you have been just focusing on chemistry these past couple of weeks. Just review the bio again and stay focused. Take a LOT of practice tests for bio as well.
