Biochem and Step 1 - help?

Hey guys and gals.

So I'm looking at all these old biochem and step 1 topics, and tehy are all 5 years old. I'm wondering what people do to prepare for it now?

It seems like going through FA and Uworld solo is not going to work out. I need something that is going to teach me it. Any ideas?

You could try watching the Kaplan videos and reading the Kaplan notes along with them.
