Biochem Lab - Required Prereq????

I was wondering if Biochemistry lab is a required prerequisite for dental school. I have already taken a biochemistry class, but have not taken the separate class which only has the lab. Is this required? Highly recommended? Does it even make a difference?

Most of the DS I've checked into only require 3 semester hours of Biochem lecture if they require Biochem at all.
