Hey Step 1 fans,

I'm a week in and getting ready to tackle biochemistry over the next 3-5 days, but I'm in need of a good strategy for breaking down the material, and possibly supplementing FA if necessary.

FA+questions is my overall strategy (about 5 weeks out from test now, watched DIT + PATHOMA over the past few months while finishing clerkships), but even though I've gotten the sense from other boards that FA has all the right info, I'm not sure that it's organized as coherently as possible, nor am I sure that reading the same 50 pages on repeat until I'm nauseated is the key here.

Any recommendations?

Thanks,
BMK

I did a day of intermediary metabolism, a day of lipids and nitrogen metabolism, a day for vitamins / nutrition / integration, and a day for genetics / molecular / lab stuff.

FA, biochem-specific qbanks, BRS to look up things I didn't understand, and ANKI flashcards when I got bored of everything else.
