hey all...
what would be a good biochem resource for step 1? during first year, i used lippincott's (with leninger's for some more indepth stuff). but i'm starting to wonder if i'll have time to go over lippincott's during my 4 week study time. i've been thinking about brs or the new rapid review book. any thoughts on either? thanks 🙂

I have heard the lecture notes are much better for biochem...too detailed though... I will let you know once I get the books

in my humble opinion
kaplan biochem series is the best one among the kaplan series
use both the vids and boook together
