I'm getting ready to read Leon Kass' "Life, Liberty and the Defense of Dignity." Obviously I don't know what it'll say yet, but I've liked his other stuff ...
 
Medical Ethics: Principles, Persons, and Problems by John Frame

Long on theory, short on practicality, but a good read; from a reformed viewpoint.

actually, medical ethics as a whole is long on theory and short on practicality. you'll see.
