This section of biology has always been the most difficult for me (idk why, I have made A+'s in all of my upper level bio classes and I barely skimmed by with a B in this class my freshman year) so I was wondering if Cliff's AP bio covers this section with enough breadth/depth or do I need to supplement it with other materials?

Definitely supplement with either my notes or feralis's. In general, you will need to do that for all bio sections cliffnotes is not in depth enough.
