For those of you who did well on the Bio section, what method of studying worked best for you?

I have read both Cliff's and Barron's. I am in the middle of going through Destroyer and Ferralis' notes. I feel like I need to go through Ferralis' notes and memorize all 70 pages word for word, but that seems like it would be extremely time consuming. Should I just keep reading the material over and over or should I go for the rote memorization route?

I read over Cliff's AP Bio and KBB Bio at the same time. After that I went through Destroyer problems, and then a week before my exam I started doing Qvault Bio and reading through Ferralis' Notes... I ended up with a 25 Bio so I guess it worked pretty well for me. My girlfriend did the same thing and her scores went from 17-18 Bio on Bootcamp tests to a 20 Bio on the real DAT after reading Ferralis the week before.

Moral of the Story: Use Ferralis as a review since you already studied so much.

Sounds good. Yeah I plan on going through QVault Bio towards the end of this week. Ferralis notes just worry me because they contain so much dense material.

Yeah, I just used it as a refresher to make sure I remembered everything... If I hadn't heard of it before, I just ignored it.

I did not score so hot on the bio section but...
I will recommend you something I should`ve done: im running through KBB and cliff. While making ANKI flashcards from these chapters. Then at the end of each chapter go through the respective chapter on feralis and complement any and everything not covered by the 2 books.
