OK here's the problem. I am doing very bad with the bio subject tests. I keep on scoring 15's on DAT Q'vault and 14's on online Kaplan tests. I am a chemistry major and have only taken general bio 1 and 2. I took the bio classes 4 years ago as a freshman. Therefore, I forgot much of, if not most, of the stuff. My test is in like 13 days. What is the quickest way to bring my bio scores up?

Destroyer? AP Barrons? Online kaplan workshops and quizzes? datqvalt?

What is the best way to memorize all this stuff? Man, I am so used to just understanding concepts and everything as a chem major. I don't know what to do here.

Postpone and read cliffs AP Bio thoroughly.

Buy it off amazon for under $10. Read Kaplan blue book in the mean time. Which sections do you keep missing?

If you are getting 14s on Kaplan, it seems like you might need to reschedule. Check out the DAT forums and look at the thread with people's breakdowns. That will give you more information on what different people do to study for the section.

The DAT destroyer has good bio problems in it. it also has good gen chem and orgo problems. I would suggest that and the AP bio cliff notes as well. really the more bio material you can get your hands on the better. I don't think there's any quick way to really bring up the scores. I think your best bet would be to reschedule. give yourself a few more weeks to really familiarize yourself with the material. better to give yourself a little more time than have to retake ya know.

How did you get a scaled score (1-30) on Dat q vault? I didnt see that feature.

Every test you take you get a score relative to other people's performance.

I got a 19 on the real DAT and I'm averaging like a 20-21ish on datqvault, so it's a little easier. But, definitely a great resource!

gah, I got a 19 on my first one. But I have not started reviewing bio yet... so lets hope it gets better after cliffs.
