answer these question and explain why choosing the answer:

1-Feedback inhibititon is most often:
A) competitve
B)irreversible
c)allostric
D)acompetitive

2-an individual living being CANNOT:
A) evolve
B) mutate
c) develop
D) A and B
E) B and C

answer These Question And Explain Why Choosing The Answer:

1-feedback Inhibititon Is Most Often:
A) Competitve
B)irreversible
C)allostric
D)acompetitive

2-an Individual Living Being Cannot:
A) Evolve
B) Mutate
C) Develop
D) A And B
E) B And C

1-c
2-a

I would say feedback inhibition is (c) allosteric, because the inhibitor binds to a site away from the active site and alters the shape of the enzyme.
For the second problem I'd choose (a), cannot evolve, although I'm not exactly sure what they mean by mutate. I'm pretty sure an individual can develop mutations -- but maybe they are talking about on a broader scale. I think I'd need some clarification on that one.

Hope that's right.

about second one the answer is A and B, I made same mistake. just we have to know mutation happen in an individual but it is not going to change(mutate) living being. for example cancer. even after mutation for cancer the species is still same species.
another view:
Mutation is the most important for evolving and we know individual can not evolve.

An individual living being can indeed mutate. A mutation is not defined with speciation as a required factor. A mutation occurs as long as there is a change in the genetic sequence of an individuals genome. As you said, mutation is genetic the basis for evolution. But evolution requires the passage of genes from parent to offspring. Just because individuals cannot involve does not mean individuals cannot mutate. An invidual mutates alone, but must transfer these mutated genes to another individual for evolution to occur. Poorly written question in my opinion, but the correct answer is evolve, and all others are wrong, i dont care what anyone else says lol.
