how your guys review the biology? i hear schaum outline biology is a good one, what do u think about it ? do u think i should use the kaplan to review the biology first and then use the schaum outline biology? i just start my dat reviewing, i will take it in May or June and maybe take it again in august or Sept. and i think i should the take the kaplan class, but when should i take it? i want to take it over summer and then retake in august or Sep. i don't want to take it during school because, first i have to take 20 credits, and i try to review myselt, and then use the kaplan class, what your guys think?

Regarding the Kaplan course everyone on the thread here is going to tell you "Don't waste your money." The material from Kaplan is good but for instructor wise not that good of a rating.

I started my studying for the DAT and will take it around the same time as you. If your starting off I would recommend to you, like everyone else has for me.

1st, Read the Kaplan get a good foundation of the material. Then, followup with the Schaum's Bio, I bought the Bio, G.Chem, O.Chem. You will hear about some other good books as you read through the threads that will help in the area's you feel you need more info on.

Hope this helps. Here are a few great people on the thread that can give you supportive advise ... they have helped me and supported me when down. "Amise, Lifeisgood,Blend, Ex_? always forget the end part." :0) and a few others I have forgotten off hand ... sorry🙁 I feel like I just gave an award show speech.
You will find lots of support here ... feel the love! 😀
Good Luck :luck:
