Hey, I don't know how many people even have the Kaplan book so I don't know if many people can answer the question...
That being said, I DO have the Kaplan book, but Bio has me stumped too. The book seems sufficient, but I keep second guessing that statement. You can go SOOOOOO in depth into Bio, and I, too, am confused as to how much I should cover. The PCAT covers Gen Bio, Micro, and A&P, yes. But how detailed should you go? Anyone have any advice on this?

From what I have read, people say Kaplan is more than sufficient for bio except for microbio.
study the examkrackers bio section if you have it...i thought that one helped a lot as well. not super indepth like the kaplan one but it does cover some stuff that's not in the kaplan book (like the microbio section)
The Kaplan book really goes into way too much detail involving thing like A+P but really is lacking in some of the fundamental Microbio info.
That being said I think the Kaplan book does an overall good job with the bio section you just might wanna supplement it with something else to get your fill of Microbio.
