hey guys, confused about the following question. I get why 'd' is the answer, but what's wrong with 'b'. study 'b' doesn't seem to prove causality because the confidence interval includes the number '1'. thanks.

I think, since the relative risk does not fall within the CI, we can't comment anything on the study ....so 'd' becomes more accurate statement than 'b'. Hope you got it..
