I have a blackberry bold; Are there any free / commercial applications that are useful for working in retail/hospital as an intern?



Is it acceptable for me to be using my phone as a reference at work?

Epocrates has something. I guess you could use your phone. Honestly, I had a PDA and I used it like twice over the course of my 11 rotations. Actual computer-based references like UpToDate, Micromedex, and various guidelines like on idsociety.org are way better, IMO.

I use my iPhone at work for patient related questions. Epocrates, Medscape= win
